Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items should have the original tags, tag tie intact and must be in unused and unwashed condition.
Returns are not accepted for products marked as non-returnable.
Log in to your account and navigate to the My Orders section.
Select the delivered order you wish to return and click on the Create Return option.
Follow the instructions and submit your return request.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup via Delhivery .
Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes a quality check.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method or as store credits, as per your choice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Address changes for return pickups are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If the original packaging or tags are missing, the return may be rejected.
Shipping charges (if any) and COD fees are non-refundable.
At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
