1.2 "TG Coins" refers to the loyalty points earned and redeemed under the program.

1.3 "User" refers to any individual using our platform, whether registered or unregistered.

2.1 By using our platform, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other communicated policies.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

3.1 Users can register using a mobile number or via Google login.

3.2 Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their credentials. Unauthorized account access must be reported immediately.

3.3 Providing false or incomplete account information may result in suspension or termination.

4.1 Users earn TG Coins through eligible transactions, referrals, and promotional activities.

4.2 TG Coins can only be redeemed on the platform for discounts on future purchases.

4.3 TG Coins are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and may expire after a designated period.

4.4 That Girl reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

5.1 All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.

5.2 Orders above ₹799 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹799 incur standard shipping fees.

5.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge of ₹30. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

6.1 We partner with Amazon Shipping for order delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed during checkout.

6.2 Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges are beyond our control.

6.3 Users will be notified of any significant delays.

7.1 Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

7.2 Returns are managed through Delhivery. Users are responsible for ensuring items meet return criteria.

7.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. TG Coins redeemed on refunded orders will not be reinstated.

8.1 Offers, discounts, and TG Coins bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed during the promotion.

8.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9.1 Personal information collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data is securely stored and shared only with authorized service providers for operational purposes.

10.1 All content, logos, and trademarks on the platform are the exclusive property of Kloth Ministry.

10.2 Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing our content without permission.

11.1 Users agree not to engage in unlawful activities, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

11.2 Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will face suspension or termination.

12.1 That Girl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12.2 Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the order value in question.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13.2 Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14.1 We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our platform and take effect immediately.

14.2 Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
